pdf capture and compress the file directly?
I do not know if it exsist but I am looking for a program to capture PDF files scanned from a scanner compresses a printer or use some kind of recognition program of character, then place it in folder. My problem is when I scan a document in the scanner is a large PDF. I run reduced by Adobe and then email them, but the boss wants something that will make all without human intervention, as there are more than 100 employees and the possibility of error is large. Security is a problem for use a 3rd party FTP server to get out of the question. if there is a program that captures the PDF using Adobe launches then put the final product in a file without human intervention is exactly what I'm looking for.
Tell your boss is not the point of PDF files, one of my clients just spent $ 15,000 in a Fuji Xerox solution for perfect and it was a nightmare. Fuji Xerox product called Omnipage (which goes with a lot of other programs such as the workflow for converting PDF OCR'd a Word document with embedded images). Pdfs do not compress well. The client insisted on using documents and others, and it's terrible, I can compress a PDF 5.0MB to 4.8MB Re (sent only by the rules of most people) .- assess needs, talk to your boss and explain that is something that is very complicated that companies must get the right difficulty of work, and you may need to rethink how it works.
